I've gotten a few questions about the "close out" sale, so is the explanation. I am graduating in May with my master's degree in counseling psychology. I was offered a job and will be starting full time work as a career counselor within a few weeks. I won't be able to keep up with my commitments as a designer in a store while also making the most of my limited time with my family, so I had to make a very hard choice to pull out of the store. I will still be hanging out at the Pretty Scrappy forum and gallery, because I LOVE all the people there. I have had the best experience as a designer there, and will certainly go back when the time is right! PRETTY SCRAPPY ROCKS! :)
In the meantime, I will still be designing for fun when I have time. It is most likely that you, my lovely blog readers, will get some freebies from time to time! I'm not planning to drop off the face of digiscrap earth! I'll be here. :)
One thing I hope to do with my free time is to catch up on my own scrapping. :) Wish me luck on that. I have so many fantastic photos of my boys just screaming to be scrapped!
I'll have my "April" paper ready for download soon, and then (drumroll please) the Funk-a-licious blog train will begin in a few days. Be on the look-out!!!

good luck with your new career! how exciting :)
I was wondering, too, how you get your kits into a "store"...any tips? (I'm very far from that stage still, but it's something I might consider for the future...)
Hey Joy! Congrats, where did you get a job? That is so exciting!! I still wish I knew how to use all that cool stuff you sell!
Joy I'm so happy for you, and I compltely understand your decision. But I'm sorry to see you leave PS, you WILL be missed, you're such a sweet presence. ~hugs, Stacey
